Republican State Chairman Tom Wilson's statement on Superior Court Judge Paul Innes' ruling:
“Today’s decision from Judge Innes is a victory for open government and a defeat for Jon Corzine, New Jersey’s Secret-Keeper-In-Chief. Governor Corzine’s attorney’s agreed today that they’ve not complied with Judge Innes’ order and now must enter into a consent order forcing them to do a thorough search for communications between the administration and Carla Katz and provide specific details about that search proving the search was comprehensive. If, as the Governor claimed today after the decision, he was thorough in his search, why didn’t he just give the court the detail he was ordered to provide months ago? Governor Corzine isn’t just stonewalling me, now he’s stonewalling the court. The fact is he didn’t do a thorough search and he doesn’t want people to see the backchannel communications with Katz and the influence she has over his public actions.
It’s time for Jon Corzine to end his stonewalling and start practicing the transparency he preaches. He should stop cloaking himself in a shroud of secrecy and give people the chance to review his backchannel communications with Katz so they can decide for themselves if Katz inappropriately influences his actions.”

Come on Wilson
And why shouldn't the Bush administration release email's about the US attornies who were fired? Or release Congressionally mandated documents relating to American torture practices??? Come on Tom Wilson, is that the best you got, silence on your own party and noise over two former lovers notes. It's like being impeached over a some loving in the oval office, and not being impeached over lies that result in new world wars, 3500+ American deaths, and destruction of the American reputation around the world. COME ON!
Judge Smacks Corzine
Just read AP story http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2007/10/corzine_gets_new_email_deadlin.... A judge finds Corzine didn't comply with his original order and that's not big news? Corzine's lawyers don't even fight it...they admit they haven't complied instead? When's the last time a judge smacked a sitting Governor like this? When's the last time a sitting Governor admitted ignoring a direct order from a judge? Anyone have any reference points?
Too bad Corzine isn't willing to stand up to Codey and Roberts the way he's willing to snub a judge.
Citizens Smack Bush
Too bad Bush won't open up on key issues concerning the American public. Once again, lovers vs. war. I understand your concerns about him not following the judges order, but how about the President of all the citizens of this country saying that he doesn't need to answer on issues of life and death.
When you admit Bush and the GOP is wrong on what they've done to the American people, I'll admit that Corzine should pony up his love tales.
katz
its not about gov love, its about the relationship resulting in sweetheart deals and questionable negotiating practices
