Special Prosecutor finds Farber violated ethics rules
Governor Corzine and Democratic Legislative Leaders must step up and ask for her resignation

Kinnelon – Larry Casha, candidate for 26th District Assembly issued the following statement concerning Special Prosecutor Richard Williams’ report on Attorney General Zulima Farber’s actions at a Fairview traffic stop:

“I applaud the work that Special Prosecutor Richard Williams has done in his investigation of Attorney General Zulima Farber. His report details that Farber did not uphold the law when she intervened on her boyfriend’s behalf to prevent him from receiving a ticket for driving without a license or registration.

“Based on the findings of this report I, along with the citizens of the 26th District, demand that she step down immediately.

“Our state has been plagued with unethical politicians and public servants and it’s high time that Governor Corzine and the Democratic Party live up to their statements that they will not stand for any appearances of impropriety from their highest government officials.

“If the citizens of this state cannot trust the chief law enforcement officer of our state to conduct herself in an ethical and upstanding manner, who can they trust?

“Enough is enough. It’s time for Farber to go.
