President-elect Barack Obama will name New Jersey's 48th United States Attorney, presumably in 2009 with the advice and consent of U.S. Senators Frank Lautenberg and Robert Menendez. Past U.S. Attorneys have included a U.S. Supreme Court Justice, a Secretary of Homeland Security, a state Attorney General, and several federal Judges.

And, of course....
a Bush Pioneer
Broken record
That Bush pioneer is 131-0 in public corruption cases. The Bush pioneer has locked up human trafficers, terrorists, and sought justice for companies who "bribed" their way to making profits. That Bush Pioneer served the people of NJ well.
Chris Christie is Mr. Pay to Play
Is a top donor to Bush campaign, and somehow is the US Attorney from New Jersey.
Christie hates the game but plays it well.

Does anyone feel "safer" because of cc's conviction rate. Basically, he put away a bunch of old men. How much did all the hoopla, the laughing, and press releases cost the tax payers?(the investigations, prosecutions, jail time.) Indictments in Bergan County had no effect on the election. If some Dems are politically corrupt, so be it, convict them. However, the republican party has to examine who it is and what it stands for. The voters have spoken yet again. As Monsignor Gallo(1960's) of Blessed Sacrement Church in Paterson used say, "Let the Lord sort it all out. Then we will really know who is corrupt." It's why the "r's" can't win. Case Closed.
