Republican presidential candidate John McCain has added a campaign stop in Bergen County today, prior to his fundraising event at the Teaneck Marriott. Cindy McCain, who is attending a fundraiser this morning at the Rumson home of former Port Authority Chairman Lewis Eisenberg, will also add a campaign stop in Monmouth County to her schedule.

straight talk express?
or private plane?
All part of the "Hey you kids get off my lawn!" tour.
Still, nice to see the non-elitist McCains mixing with the common folk.
Where's Obama??
Hasn't been here since pre-primary. He's hobnobbing in Honolulu instead. At least McCain comes to NJ.
McCain's plan for N.J.
John McCain's plan for N.J.:
-Keep N.J.'s national guard troops, about half of which are deployed or soon-to-be deployed, in an endless war in Iraq. Invading Iran may folllow, so keep your national guard and volunteer army ready, N.J.!
-Build oil wells within 100 miles of N.J.'s shore. Nevermind that none of the oil will represent any savings for about 15-20 years, and it would be neglible at that. Nevermind the repercussions to tourism and the environment of any oil spills.
-Criminalize any and all terminations of pregnancy, pre or post-conception. I've voted against women's health care issues my entire career, and that's going to continue in N.J. Abstinence only sex ed programs, N.J. That's what I support.
-Change the state Constitution to ban gay marriage. I support a similar measure in Arizona. Either you're a heterosexual family, or you're not a family at all. That's why I'm against gay adoptions, for example.
-Give tax breaks to the wealthiest 2% of New Jerseyans. Deficit, be damned! If you're middle-class or lower-class, well, you're just out of luck, pal.
-Eliminate all federal assistance to the state, even if its merited, thus increasing the need for localities to gain more revenue via property tax increases. In my myopic vision of government funding, any and all government "aid" to states is "pork."
Martin is at it again
Norcross's favorite hand puppet Martin is at it again. Never did McCain ever say he wanted to drill off New Jersey, his only view was the State should make that decision. This is foreign to Martin, being a puppet for Norcross, Adler and his favorite Mr. "Illegitimate Kid" Edwards, he cannot think for himself.
