HAMILTON- Assemblyman Bill Baroni today named Joe Truch as co-chair of his 2007 campaign for State Senate.

Truch, who will be stepping out of his recently-attained position as state committeeman to join Baroni's campaign effort for State Senate, spoke of his eagerness to ensure that Baroni wins the seat of retiring Senator Peter Inverso.

“I have known and worked with Bill Baroni for years, he is the future of our party and I look forward to helping ensure his leadership carries on the legacy of Senator Peter Inverso,� said Truch. “I am honored to be given this opportunity to co-chair Bill Baroni’s campaign for State Senate and look forward to working on his team.�
